Sesame Street and the United Service Organizations Inc. are addressing the challenges military children face from constantly moving to new duty stations through their popular show “Katie is moving to a New Base.” The show will run as part of the 2016 Sesame Street/USO Experience for Military Families, which is scheduled to perform more than 160 shows at 50 military bases in the U.S. through October.
