Hosted nearly every year since 1984, Fleet Week New York is the city's celebration of the sea services. Fleet Week includes dozens of military demonstrations and displays May 26 through June 2, as well as public visitation of many of the participating ships and community visits and charitable outreach by the more than 3,000 participating Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen.
