The U.S. Pacific Command Joint Forces Color Guard presents the colors during the National POW/MIA Recognition Day ceremony hosted by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Honolulu, Hawaii, Sept. 16, 2016. The event is held every year on the third Friday of September in honor of those who were prisoners of war (POW) and those who are missing in action (MIA).
