Spc. Valery P. Nzams a U.S. Army Reserve military police Soldier assigned to the 443rd MP Company out of Bronx, N.Y., conducts preventive maintenance checks and services on his vehicle before beginning his watch on Fort Meade, Md., Sept. 16. Nzams is part of a group of Soldiers participating in the ongoing partnership between the 200th Military Police Command and the Military District of Washington.
