U.S. Army Capt. Tomika Robinson, team leader, helps excavate units with help from the local villagers as part of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency’s (DPAA) mission in the Quang Tri Provence, Vietnam, Aug. 24, 2016. DPAA traveled to Quang Tri to search for a service member who never returned from a photo reconnaissance mission during the Vietnam War. With the help of local villagers, teams were able to excavate, screen, and collect evidence in hopes of identifying the missing pilot. DPAA’s mission is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Leah Ferrante)
