160919-N-QW941-095 PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (Sept. 19, 2016) Service members aboard hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) render honors to the USS Arizona Memorial as Mercy arrives at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Pacific Partnership 2016 deployed in May, visiting six ports, during which civilian and military personnel from 14 partner nations worked together, exchanging knowledge and best practices in order to improve collective disaster response preparedness in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. Upon departure from Hawaii, Mercy, with the embarked Pacific Partnership 2016 team, will sail to her homeport of San Diego.
