Capt Roy Ramey from Huntington, WV leads Headquarters, Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 150th Armored Regiment off the parade field during the transfer of authority ceremony held at Forward Operating Base Caldwell, near Diyala, Iraq. 1/150th released authority over to 1st Squadron, 278th Regimental Combat Team on Dec 23. Carrying the colors is First Sgt James Phillips from Pineville, WV.
