HAMPTON, Va. (Sept. 16, 2016) -- Chief Electronics Technician (Nuclear) Brian Burbick, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer by family and friends during a pinning ceremony held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. Fifty-seven Ford Sailors were advanced to chief petty officer during the ceremony, attended by family, friends and crew members.
