Army Reserve NCO Academy Commandant, Command Sgt. Maj. Peter Brooks, a North Hampton, Mass., resident, presented a Non-commissioned Officer Education System Instructor Certification Letter to Staff Sgt. Lavon Everett, Jr., during a ceremony at the Army Reserve NCO Academy at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, June 2. Everett, who makes his home in St. Albans, Queens, N.Y., was recently assigned to the academy as a Warrior Leadership Course instructor.
