Sgt. 1st Class Eric Cantrell, non-commissioned-officer-in charge of operations for 307th Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Advise and Assist Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, tosses a harmless flash-bang grenade to simulate the blast of a car bomb, initiating the start of a mass-casualty exercise for Iraqi medics trained by medics of 307th BSB, June 3, at Camp Mejid, Iraq. Also tossing grenades are Command Sgt. Maj. Frank Hacker with 1st Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 1/82 AAB, and Sgt. Maj. Faisel of 7th Iraqi Army Division.
