A Moldavian soldier thanks the officer in charge of a female engagement team attached to the Black Sea Rotational Force 16.2 for providing a demonstration of law enforcement techniques at Babadag Training Area, Sept. 21, 2016. Platinum Lynx 16.5 allows Marines from the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment and a fleet antiterrorism support team to train alongside partner nations in the Black Sea and Balkan and Caucasus regions to enhance participants’ collective professional military capacity and promote regional stability.
