REDSTONE ARSENAL, Ala. – Maj. Gen. A.C. Roper, commander of the 80th Training Command, addresses participants of the Family Readiness and Resiliency Fair held here Sept. 10, 2016. During his opening speech, Roper, who attended the event with his wife Edith, said, while the Army Reserve requires a lot from its Soldiers, family support is a critical component of Soldiers’ success.
