Warren Air Force Base, Wyo., missile complex Aug. 23, 2016. HICS Airmen used slow, precise movements to prevent any accidental cuts in the cables. HICS is part of the 90th MMXS which maintains 150 Minuteman III ICBMs and the associated launch facilities spread throughout three states and 9,600 square-miles.
