Warren Robbins, and Chief Warrant Officer 2 Kim Ralston hold their awards for scoring the most points in the pistol events during the Mississippi State Marksmanship Proficiency Training Program at Camp McCain. The MSMPTP seeks to be nationally recognized as the leading example in promoting and developing marksmanship as the cornerstone of combat readiness and to improve individual and unit readiness within the Mississippi National Guard through formal, realistic, and competitive marksmanship programs.
