Non Commissioned Officers from 23rd Chemical Battalion lit candles shaped into the letters ‘N’, ‘C’ and ‘O’ to celebrate the Soldiers’ induction to NCOs during the NCO Induction ceremony, Sep 13, Stanley Theater at Camp Stanley. 26 Soldiers from the Battalion were inducted, conducting "walk of values” and reciting the NCOs creed.
