Seth Walton, 88th Civil Engineer Group Air Force radioactive recycling and disposal civil engineer, fills a barrel with cell arrangement diagram sources at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Sept. 8, 2016. Each barrel holds 2,500 cell diagram cell sources that have been removed from their housing and are being prepared for transportation to the recycler. AFRRAD has recycled more than 27,000 CAD cells since 1999, which reflects a savings of more than 32 million dollars for the taxpayer. (U.S. Air Force photo by Michelle Gigante/Released)
