    SAN VICENTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, Philippines ─ U.S. and Philippine service members work together to dig a trench while restoring a section of the San Vicente Elementary School during an engineering civic assistance project Sept. 24, 2016, in support of Philippine Amphibious Landing Exercise 33 (PHIBLEX).
