Hannah Fraiser, a paralegal with the 194th Engineer Brigade, Tennessee Army National Guard was promoted to Specialist on August 18, 2016 at Novo Selo Training Area, Bulgaria during Operation Resolute Castle. Pictured is Spc. Fraiser with her current, Specialist rank on her chest and her former, Private First Class rank, on her patrol cap. After months of hard work in school and in National Guard drills, Spc.
