He and other U.S. legal experts joined Iraqi Army legal officers on a tour of Joint Expeditionary Forensic Facility 3 at Camp Liberty, June 5. The tour was part of a day-long visit by Iraqi army legal officers to observe American military legal training and improve the operational capabilities of the IA legal system.
