Drill Instructor Staff Sgt. Vanessa R. Vallejo mentors recruits of Platoon 4047, Oscar Company, 4th Recruit Training Battalion, Oct. 6, 2016, on Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany. To ensure the safety of approximately 6,000 recruits in training, Recruit Training Regiment evacuated to Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany due to inclement weather from Hurricane Matthew.
