    Army Col. Stephen Falcone addresses the Soldiers of the 77th Sustainment Brigade as their new commander during the Assumption of Command ceremony at Sharpe Field here June 12. This is Falcone's second brigade command assignment. He previously served as the commander of the 655th Regional Support Group, Fort Devens, Mass. Falcone was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at the University of Rhode Island in 1983 and is a graduate of the Signal Officer Basic and Advance Course. The 77SB was formerly the 77th Infantry Division headquartered in New York City. In his civilian life, he is a Department of the Air Force civilian serving as the Director of Engineering for the 851st Electronic Systems Group, Electronic Systems Command at Hanscom AFB, Mass. The mission of the 77SB is to plan, prepare, execute and assess CSS operations within a corps or theater area of operation in order to support Joint, Inter-agency and Multinational forces as required.
