EAST CHINA SEA (Oct. 9, 2016) Petty Officer 1st Class (SW/AW) Shirlenta Board, from Flint, Michigan, tests an automated signature machine in the commanding officer’s administration office aboard the Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The automated signature machine duplicates the commanding officer’s signature for certain awards and certificates. Ronald Reagan, the Carrier Strike Group Five (CSG 5) flagship, is on patrol supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
