The U.S. and Philippine Marine mortarmen worked together to share information about how their different mortar systems operate. PHIBLEX is an annual U.S.-Philippine military bilateral exercise combining amphibious capabilities and live-fire training with humanitarian civic assistance efforts to strengthen interoperability and working relationships.
