ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (Oct. 8, 2016) – Officer Thomas Ashlock patrols the neighborhoods of St. Augustine Beach with his own Soldiers from the 221st Ordnance Company (EOD), shortly after hurricane Matthew disrupted the beach community. Ashlock not only aids his community as a law enforcement officer, he also serves in the Florida Army National Guard as the commander of the 221st Ordnance Company. (Photos by, Army Staff Sgt.
