Soldiers with the Oregon Army National Guard fly in a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter in order to assist Multnomah County Sheriff's Department with a search and rescue for a lost boy in Portland, Ore., June 12. A typical crew consists of two pilots, a flight medic and a crew chief. The MEDEVAC missions are utilized throughout the state to assist county incident commanders, conducting more than 100 annual rescue missions throughout Oregon.
