Third-grade students pose for a photo with Sparky, center, at E.C. Killen Elementary School Oct. 14 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Firefighters visited the school as part of a suite of communication efforts taking place during October, Fire Prevention month. During the visit, students learned fire safety procedures and had the opportunity to tour Ladder 1, a fire engine from the Camp Foster Fire Department.
