161013-N-JK586-008 STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School Commander Clay Pendergrass speaks to staff of NAVSCIATTS, Special Boat Team 22, Training Detachment Stennis and invited guests, along with Naval Special Warfare Group Four Commodore, Capt. J.R. Anderson, at the formal dedication ceremony of their Fallen Warrior Hall at their facilities on the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. The memorial recognizes the ultimate sacrifice of 92 NSW Troops since Sept. 11, 2001. NAVSCIATTS held the formal dedication in conjunction with the U.S. Navy's 241st birthday. NAVSCIATTS trains and educates mores than 100 partner nation special operations units through the tactical, operational and strategic spectrums through in-residence and Mobile Training Teams' courses of instruction.
