Personnel with the U.S. Air Force's 116th Air Support Operations Squadron and the Australian Defense Force's Special Operations Command provide cover while waiting for a MH-60S Seahawk, assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 14, to take off from San Clemente Island, California, Oct. 13, 2016, during the first annual Phoenix Fire Exercise 2016. Phoenix Fire is a Helicopter Sea Combat Wing Pacific exercise involving joint and coalition forces intended to provide high fidelity anti-surface warfare training in order to increase the experience and lethality of HSC aircrews.
