    A member of an Iraqi Federal Police 56th Sustainment Brigade Explosive Ordnance Disposal team builds a water-charge render-safe device to be placed on a simulated improvised explosive device by a training robot designed to assist in render-safe procedures during a two-week course taught on Camp Prosperity, Baghdad, by the 162nd EOD Company out of Fort Riley, Kan., to enhance to knowledge and skills of the IFP EOD.
