Staff Sgt. Michael Henry, a 61st Airlift Squadron loadmaster, guides the removal of a pallet out of a C-130J Super Hercules on an airstrip in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Oct. 9, 2016. Airmen from the 61st AS worked alongside several other units in Haiti to support humanitarian relief efforts. JTF Matthew was a U.S. Southern Command lead humanitarian assistance, disaster relief effort in Haiti following Hurricane Matthew. Matthew was a category 4 hurricane that formed in the Western Atlantic Ocean and affected Haiti, eastern Cuba, and the Bahamas before moving up the southeast coast of the United States.
