Sgt. Adam Kourelis from the 422 Civil Affairs Battalion, Greensboro, N.C., is the first to cross the finish line during the 10K ruck march, June 16, at Fort Bragg, N.C. The U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations' annual Best Warrior Competition, was hosted here from June 14 through 18. Sgt. Adam Kourelis competed against 13 other Soldiers and non-commissioned officers from across the nation to take home this year's Best Warrior of the Year NCO category. USACAPOC is five percent of the U.S. Army Reserve Command's force and is responsible for 20 percent of the Arm Reserve deployments. The command is comprised of nearly 12,000 Soldiers in 67 units across 31 states. USACAPOC is home to 94 percent of the Department of Defense's CA capability and 71 percent of the DOD's PSYOP capability.
