Clement, a micro/miniature repair man with Electronics Maintenance Company, 3rd Maintenance Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force, solders wires to the new cord replacement using a microscope and pen sized solder on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, October 20, 2016. Clement’s original military occupational specialty is a ground radio repairman, but he is also trained as a micro/miniature repairman as a secondary MOS.
