Chief Warrant Officer Colin Brantz, of Sheridan, Wyo., center, shares a moment with his girlfriend Cassie Bartscher, of North Platte, Neb., left, and his cousin Wyatt Fornstron, of Pine Bluffs, Wyo., right, after a ceremony, June 24, in Cheyenne, Wyo., to welcome home Brantz and the other members of the Wyoming Army National Guard’s C Company, 5th Battalion, 159th General Support Aviation. The Cheyenne-based medical evacuation company is fresh off of a mission to Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. The unit redeployed to Fort Sill, Okla., recently, where the Soldiers out-processed from active duty status. The return to Wyoming signaled the end of C Company’s second of three rotations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
