During a brief reenlistment ceremony at the Army Support Activity-Dix main flagpole, June 17, Staff Sgt. Tena Direny, an instructor at the Army Reserve Noncommissioned Officer Academy, raised her right hand and pledged another three years of service to the country. The Jacksonville, Fla., native was sworn in by Capt. Gregory McCray Sr., a simulations officer with the 3rd Battle Command Training Group, 2nd Brigade, 75th Training Division. Direny has 11 years of service behind her and is looking forward to a future of continued Army life. She was joined for the occasion by her husband, co-workers and firends.
