Command Sgt. Maj. Arthur L. Coleman Jr. presents Sgt. Maj. of the Army Kenneth O. Preston with the original plaque that marked Preston's office in Al Faw Palace when he was served as the MNCI command sergeant major with V Corps from March 2003 to Jan. 2004. Coleman, the senior enlisted advisor for the United States Forces- Iraq deputy commanding general for operations and III Corps command sergeant major found the plaque and presented to Preston during his visit to Al Faw Palace, June 24.
