Sailors explain the Ouija board operation to distinguished visitors from East Africa and other coalition partner countries of U.S. Africa Command and Combined Joint Task Force, Horn of Africa, during a tour of flight deck control aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower. The Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group is deployed as a part of an on-going rotation of forward-deployed forces to support maritime security operations in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
