In preparation for a flight to the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) for a ships tour, Brig. Gen. F.G.K. Kimanzi, brigade commander for Kenya’s Ministry of Defense, dons a U.S. Navy cranial style helmet with assistances from Col. Stephen Kihiu Njunge, deputy commander for Kenya’s Air Force. Kimanzi and others from the Kenya military visit Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, Camp Lemonier for an informal meeting June 28-29 where they toured the base and socialized with key leaders of the base and Djibouti.
