Spc. Kelley Starling of 1/53rd Cavalry drives an all-terrain vehicle down the shoreline searching for oil and tar. Kelley, a resident of Live Oak, Fla., is part of a contingent of more than 30 Florida National Guard Soldiers whose job is to call up grid coordinates of where any product of the oil spill is located to expedite its clean-up.
