161031-N-HA376-340 SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia (Oct. 31, 2016) - A Royal Cambodian Navy sailor and U.S. Marines, assigned to 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, hold a formation with riot shields during security training for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia, 2016. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
