Chris Hinkle, Maryland Task Force 1 logistics specialist from the Montgomery County Urban Search & Rescue Team, backs up an International truck with a 53-foot trailer into the cargo compartment of a C-5M Super Galaxy Oct. 18, 2016, on Dover Air Force Base, Del.
