161102-N-HA376-933 SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia (Nov. 2, 2016) - U.S. Navy Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, U.S. Marines, assigned to 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, and Royal Cambodian Navy sailors load equipment onto an amphibious landing craft during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia, 2016. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
