U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. William Peters, a vehicle operation technician with the 509th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS), oversees the transportation section of the deployment control center during Exercise Global Thunder 17 (GT17) at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., Oct. 25, 2016. The deployment control center is the centralized location tracking on the 509th LRS process during the exercise.
