Members of the Belize Defence Force and the Louisiana National Guard celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Stare Partnership Program between Louisiana and Belize with a parade on Nov. 1, 2016, at Price Barracks, Belize City, Belize. The Louisiana-Belize partnership is one of the oldest in the program and was established on April 23, 1996. The two countries have participated in 253 events over the last 20 years. SPP is a U.S. Department of Defense program managed by the National Guard that links individual U.S. states with partner countries around the world. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by MSgt Toby M.
