A bugler with the Coast Guard Auxiliary takes part in the "Flags Across America" event at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va., Nov. 5, 2016. Volunteers, including Coast Guard members and their families, placed American and Coast Guard flags on the graves of Coast Guardsmen. Flags Across America is organized by the Washington D.C.
