Col. Jay Jenson is the commander of the 439th Airlift Wing at Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, Mass. This illustration will be displayed in the "Hall of Westover Commanders" once he retires or leaves Westover for another assignment. This is a long-time tradition of immortalizing past and present commanders in the pen and ink style of illustration.
