Five noncommissioned officers (NCOs) competed for top honors in the California Army National Guard’s 2017 Best Warrior Competition Nov. 1-5, 2016, at Camp San Luis Obispo, San Luis Obispo, California. A January 2017 reception will announce the NCO of the Year.
