Secretary of the Navy, the Honorable Ray Mabus meets with U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions at Orange Beach city hall to discuss a long-term plan for the restoration of the Gulf Coast. He will meet with state and local officials in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.
