CORONADO, Calif. (Nov. 07, 2016) - Vice Adm. Nora W. Tyson, Commander, U.S. Third Fleet, addresses the crew of the guided-missile destroyer USS Momsen (DDG 92) over the ship’s intercom system. Momsen arrived at Naval Air Station North Island after a seven-month deployment in support of maritime security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific as part of a U.S. Third Fleet Pacific Surface Action Group (PAC SAG) under Commander, Destroyer Squadron (CDS) 31.
