Aboard USS IWO JIMA LHD 7 (Sept. 8, 2006) -- Capt. Sinclair Haris addresses the group during the change of command ceremony for Commander, Amphibious Squadron (PHIBRON) FOUR aboard USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) September 8. Iwo Jima recently deployed from her homeport of Norfolk, Va., and began a regularly scheduled six-month deployment to the U.S. European Command and U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) areas of responsibility (AOR) to conduct Maritime Security Operations (MSO)
