Lt. Col. James McHugh (back to camera), commander of 151st Military Police Battalion, West Virginia National Guard, cases the battalion colors with Command Sgt. Maj. Johny Jackson, marking the end of the battalion’s deployment to Ramadi July 5. The battalion’s primary role during its deployment to Anbar province was to train Iraqi Police. Additionally, the Soldiers successfully completed the transfer of Camp Al Taqaddum to the Government of Iraq, the largest base closure in Anbar to date.
